National Pig Day Workout


National Pig Day is March 1! Don’t believe me? See for yourself.

I created this long run workout incorporating the dreaded burpee to switch things up and add an additional challenge.

On a continuously running clock:

12 Rounds

  1. Run 1 mile.
  2. Perform 10 burpees with full pushup (video example)

This equates to a total of 12 miles and 120 burpees. Whose up for the challenge? #PigPower 🐷
